She’s had many roles: massage therapist, Shiatsu practitioner, Yoga and Qigong Instructor, and wellness retreat leader. All of these positions had one thing in common: guiding people to greater health and ease in their bodies.
With Phoenix Functional Health, she provides wholistic health coaching to unlock the body’s natural desire to heal itself.
Using a holistic, evidence-based approach to health, she creates personalized health plans for clients and coaches them through their implementation.
Unlike traditional methods that often treat symptoms in isolation, she uses comprehensive functional lab tests to examine multiple bodily systems at once. This allows her to tailor your plan based on your whole being, which leads to more effective interventions.
