You're the Asset Your Business Runs On.
FOR FEMALE FOUNDERS
If your business is growing but your energy, focus, or follow-through don’t feel as reliable as they used to, that’s worth paying attention to.
I help female founders understand what’s actually driving those changes, then show them what matters first and what can wait.
No hype. No guessing. Just a clearer picture of what your body needs to keep pace with what you’re building.

When Everything Starts Taking More Effort

You reread the email. You lose the thread halfway through a task. Decisions that used to be automatic take more concentration than they should.

Some days you feel sharp. Other days you hit a wall at 2:30 and spend the rest of the afternoon negotiating with your own brain.

You have less patience, less recovery room, and less of yourself left at the end of the day for your team, your family, or anything that isn’t urgent.
None of those experiences tells us the cause by itself. They’re signals. The useful question is what pattern connects them.
When your own margin gets smaller, the cost shows up everywhere. Not just in output. In judgment. Patience. Presence. Recovery. And in how much of your life you still have access to after the workday is over.
Why Smart Women Can Still Get Stuck in Trial-and-Error

Low energy gets caffeine. Poor sleep gets a supplement. Brain fog gets another productivity trick. Each response may make sense on its own, but the pieces never get connected.

When you’re tired of feeling off, it’s tempting to change five things at once. Then something improves and you have no idea why. Or nothing improves and you have even less clarity.

Symptoms, history, work pressure, daily rhythms, mindset, recovery, and physiology influence one another. The job is not to collect more fixes. It’s to see what matters first.
We Don't Start by Fixing Everything.
We Start by Figuring Out What Matters First.
The Phoenix Method is a four-part, whole-person process designed to help you understand what is limiting your capacity, restore the foundations underneath it, build more room to meet demand, and leave with a playbook you can keep using long after we stop working together.

Find what’s actually limiting capacity. We look at your history, symptoms, daily patterns, work demands, and relevant data so the picture starts making sense.
Address the physiological foundations creating drag. The goal is not a giant protocol. It’s the right support, in the right order.
Build greater physical and mental capacity so you can meet pressure with more steadiness and less force.
Learn your own signals, what truly moves the needle, and how to keep adjusting as your work, life, and body change.
What Changes When There's More of You Available.
The win is not perfect energy every day. It’s reliability.
You wake up and have a better sense of what you’re working with. Your thinking holds longer. A hard week doesn’t automatically become a two-week recovery project. You notice the signs earlier, and you know what to do with them.
And maybe most importantly, the business stops getting the best of you while everyone else gets whatever is left.
That’s what capacity looks like in real life.

Your Body Rarely Sends a Calendar Invite.
It Usually Starts With Small Things.

Maybe you recognize a few of these:
- Your energy drops at roughly the same time most afternoons.
- You reread things because your focus slips.
- You sleep, but don’t feel restored.
- You need more caffeine than you used to just to feel normal.
- Your patience disappears faster when the day gets complicated.
- You recover more slowly from travel, launches, deadlines, or hard weeks.
- You keep telling yourself you’re “fine,” but you don’t quite feel like yourself.
None of those signals proves one specific cause.
But when several start showing up together, I want to know what else changed around the same time. That’s where the useful questions begin.

If several of these sound familiar, the next step is a Founder Capacity Audit.

I've Spent Nearly Twenty Years Learning to Look for the Throughline.
My work started in the body. From there it moved through traditional practices, stress and recovery, teaching high performers, building a wellness-travel company, functional health, and eventually working with founders.
For a long time those looked like separate chapters. They weren’t.
The throughline was always the same: people were trying to solve one loud problem at a time, while the rest of the pattern sat in the background.
That’s what I pay attention to now. Not just what a lab says. Not just what happened this week. The whole picture: what changed, what else changed with it, what your body is signaling, how you’re living and working, and what is most likely to matter first.
Because the goal isn’t for you to become dependent on another expert. It’s for your own body to make more sense to you.

This Work Is for the Woman Who Is Still Functioning
But Knows It Shouldn’t Take This Much of Her.

You’re probably a fit if:
- You’re a female founder with a real business and real people depending on your judgment.
- Your work requires focus, creativity, decision-making, leadership, or a lot of you personally.
- You’re still getting things done, but it takes more effort than it used to.
- You’ve already tried to take care of yourself. You’re not looking for another generic wellness routine.
- You want to understand the pattern before adding more things to your life.
- You care about your business, but you also want enough of yourself left to enjoy the life you built around it.
You do not need to know anything about functional health before we talk.
You just need to be curious about what your current capacity is telling you.

Start With a Founder Capacity Audit.
Not Sure What Your Body Is Trying to Tell You?
This is a private 30-minute strategy conversation about what you’re noticing now.
We’ll look at your energy, focus, sleep, recovery, stress load, work demands, and what you’ve already tried. I’ll help you look for the pattern, identify what deserves attention first, and decide whether better data or deeper support would actually be useful.
If I don’t think Phoenix is the right next step, I’ll tell you. You’ll still leave with a clearer way to think about what’s happening.
