THE PHOENIX COLLECTIVE
Feel Like Yourself Again.
And Lead Like It.
A six-month group experience for established women founders who are still getting everything done, but can feel that it takes more effort than it used to.

Maybe your energy is less predictable. Focus takes longer to find. Recovery takes longer than it used to. The work still gets done, but it takes more out of you, leaving less of you for the rest of your life when the laptop closes.
The Collective gives us enough time to understand what’s limiting your capacity, restore the foundations underneath it, expand what you can reliably carry, and leave you with a personal playbook for staying connected to yourself when business and life get intense again.

YOU CAN STILL DO IT. THAT ISN’T THE SAME AS IT FEELING EASY.
Everything Works For A While. Nothing Fixes It.

You can still make the decisions. Still lead the meeting. Still solve the problem. Still carry the room. That’s exactly why this stage is easy to dismiss.
The email gets read three times. The follow-up moves to tomorrow. You need more quiet to think. A full day is harder than it should be.
Recovery is slower. And when work is finally done, there may not be much of you left for the rest of your life.
The goal of Phoenix isn’t to convince you that you’re broken. It’s to understand what your symptoms and changing patterns may be signaling — then decide what actually deserves attention first.
MORE INFORMATION ISN’T THE SAME AS MORE CAPACITY
You Don't Need Another Pile of Answers You Have to Translate Alone.
None of it is automatically the answer by itself.
Testing can be useful. So can nutrition, recovery practices, movement, mindset work, or a different way of responding to pressure.
The work is seeing the whole pattern: your history, symptoms, work demands, daily rhythms, relevant data, and the way your system responds to what your life is asking from you.
Then we choose the right things in the right order – the smallest actions that have the largest effects. Then we give those changes enough time and support to become lasting.
The labs help us discover. The full process helps you restore, expand, and sustain. In practice: four advanced lab panels over the first four to six weeks, then six months of coaching to implement what they show.
THE PHOENIX METHOD
Six Months. Four Parts. One Connected Process.

Discover

Find what’s actually limiting your capacity. We look at your symptoms, history, daily patterns, work demands, scorecard, and relevant functional lab data so the picture starts making sense. Testing is selected when it helps answer a useful question – not because more data is automatically better.
Restore

Address the physiological foundations creating drag. Your Restore plan is sequenced around what matters most – not a giant protocol or twelve new habits at once. It’s the smallest number of changes most likely to matter, introduced in an order your life can hold.
Expand

Build greater physical and mental capacity. Personalized whole-person practices help you build more steadiness under pressure, improve recovery, and change the patterns that keep pulling you back into force.
Sustain

Learn how to keep working with your own signals. You leave with a Sustain Playbook built around what you’ve learned about yourself – what moves the needle, what early warning signs matter, and how to respond as your work, life, and body change.

WHY A GROUP?
Because Personalized Doesn't Have to Mean Isolated.

A steady weekly cadence, alternating between coaching and open Q&A, so the work keeps moving instead of stalling between good intentions.
The perspective that comes from hearing how other women navigate pressure, recovery, and change – instead of carrying another plan alone.
Your data and recommendations remain yours. The group is there for shared experience.
You get the value of a cohort without turning your private health information into group content.
YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION STAYS YOURS
Group Coaching Doesn't Mean Group Lab Review.
You are never required to discuss private health information in the group.
Your lab selection, results, interpretation, and personal recommendations are handled privately.
Weekly group calls are for coaching, education, practices, implementation, and shared learning.
If you ever choose to share something, that’s your call – not a condition of the program.
A GOOD FIT
The Collective Is for the Woman Who Wants the Full Process and Doesn't Want to Do It Alone.
You don’t have to decide before we talk. The Founder Capacity Audit is where we look at what’s happening and determine which level of support makes the most sense.

- You’re an established woman founder who is still performing, but can feel the cost rising
- You want to understand the whole pattern rather than chase one symptom at a time
- You want the complete Discover / Restore / Expand / Sustain process
- You value weekly contact, structure, implementation support, and shared momentum
- You want your data and recommendations individualized even though coaching happens in a group

- You strongly prefer to do the entire coaching process one-on-one
- You need flexibility in scheduling your sessions
- You want more privacy around the circumstances you’re working through
- You want direct between-session access and more individualized pacing

FOUNDING COHORT
The Founding Cohort Is Small on Purpose.
The Phoenix Collective opens at $3,000 for its founding cohort.
A founding cohort is deliberately small. That means more of my attention on each woman’s Discover phase, more room to adjust the pace as we go, and a real hand in shaping how this program runs for everyone who comes after you.
This isn’t a stripped-down beta. You receive the complete six-month Phoenix process – Discover, Restore, Expand, Sustain – in the weekly group setting, with your own data and recommendations handled privately.
After the founding cohort, the price increases.
Payment options
Pay in full, or apply for financing. Available options depend on what country you’re in — we’ll confirm what works for you before checkout
Financing terms may range from 12–36 months
The first 12 months are offered at 0% interest
A standard 10% payment-plan fee applies
Approval, term, and exact monthly payment depend on your credit profile

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Collective mean my lab results are discussed in the group?
No. Your lab selection, results, interpretation, and personal recommendations stay private. Group calls are for coaching, education, practices, implementation, and shared learning. You never have to discuss private health information in the group unless you choose to.
Do I have to run new labs?
Not necessarily. If you have relevant recent results, they may be useful. New testing is recommended only when it can help answer a useful question inside the larger picture of your symptoms, history, daily life, and work demands.
Why not just run labs through my doctor?
You may be able to, and coverage depends on the provider, medical need, insurance plan, and specific test. Phoenix can use relevant recent results rather than duplicating them.
The difference isn’t that every Phoenix lab is automatically better. The value is in connecting useful data to your symptoms, history, daily patterns, and work demands, then deciding what matters first and supporting you while the plan meets real life.
Are supplements included?
Two foundational starter supplements are included. Beyond those, personalized supplements recommended after your labs are purchased separately — The Phoenix Collective isn’t priced or positioned as a supplement package.
I don't have time for a six-month health project. Is this going to become another job?
It shouldn’t. We don’t overhaul everything at once. We choose the smallest number of changes most likely to matter at each stage and build from what your body and real life show us. The point is to give you more usable capacity, not fill your calendar with wellness homework.
Do I need to know whether I want Collective or Private before I book?
No. Start with the Founder Capacity Audit. We’ll look at what’s happening, what you’ve already tried, and the level of support, privacy, and implementation that makes sense for you.
Phoenix Functional Health provides functional health education and coaching within its stated scope of services and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

You Don't Have to Decide Whether the Collective Is Right Before We Talk.
The Founder Capacity Audit is the starting point.
In 30 private minutes, we look at what has changed, where your capacity feels least reliable, what you’ve already tried, what may be connected, and what deserves attention first.
If I see a clear fit for deeper work, we schedule a separate follow-up conversation where I’ll show you the Phoenix option I believe makes the most sense.
If I don’t think you need one of my programs, I’ll tell you that too.

YOU’RE THE ASSET.
Your Business Still Runs on You. Your Body Should Be Able to Keep Up.
The Phoenix Collective isn’t about becoming perfect at health.
It’s about understanding what’s draining you, restoring what needs support, building more room to meet demand, and knowing how to return to yourself when life gets intense again.
Start with the Founder Capacity Audit. We’ll look at the pattern first. If the Collective is the right path, I’ll show you exactly why.
